We are looking to expand our team with another Customer Success Manager!

Our ideal candidate is a client-obsessed, highly organized operator who thrives at the intersection of technology and relationship management. This role is for someone who takes genuine ownership of client outcomes, builds trust with senior stakeholders, and can translate complex product capabilities into clear,



compelling value narratives. The candidate should have experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts and a strong instinct for identifying adoption risks and expansion opportunities.

This position is particularly suited for those who thrive in a quick-paced startup environment where no two days look the same.

Role Overview:
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary post-sale relationship holder and strategic advisor.
Drive platform adoption across client organizations by understanding their business goals and mapping Aucctus’ capabilities to their innovation needs.
Lead onboarding for recent clients, including scoping sessions, platform configuration, stakeholder alignment, and training.
Conduct regular client health checks, presenting usage insights, ROI, and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
