Midland Transport is on the lookout for a Driver Trainer in Brampton, Ontario, to guide and evaluate new drivers in compliance and safety. Bring your experience to support driver development across various operational areas.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, lead orientation programs, and provide key coaching to improve driver performance. A minimum of 5 years in a professional driving role is required, along with a strong focus on safety and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform road tests for Class 1, Class 3, and Class 5 drivers
• Facilitate orientations highlighting safety and operational guidelines
• Coach drivers on best practices for performance and compliance




• Manage drug and alcohol testing as necessary
• Collaborate with hiring teams to meet staffing needs

Requirements:
• 5 years of professional driver experience required
• Excellent driving record and regulatory knowledge
• Background in coaching or driver training preferred
• Solid evaluation and communication skills
• Ability to connect with Operations and HR teams
