Hatch is looking for a Piping Discipline Lead in Vancouver to oversee mining projects and more. This senior role demands strong leadership and engineering skills.

As a Senior Piping Engineer, you will lead project piping teams, ensuring effective management of schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. You will also influence design decisions, provide technical input, and supervise the development of 3D models. Get involved in delivering sustainable solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project piping teams with effective delegation
• Prepare and evaluate piping technical specifications packages
• Conduct trade-off studies and line sizing calculations




• Direct preparation of piping isometric drawings
• Assist in system commissioning and technical reviews

Requirements:
• BSc/BEng in mechanical or industrial plant engineering
• Minimum fifteen years of relevant engineering experience
• Qualified engineer registration preferred
• Proficient in 3D data centric design systems
• Strong planning and communication abilities
