Become an Emergency Psychiatric Liaison Nurse at Fraser Health, specializing in mental health within the Emergency Department. This vital position offers direct care and crisis management for psychiatric patients.

As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment plans for patients in crisis. Your role encompasses direct patient care, collaboration with healthcare teams, and advocacy, aligning with BCCNM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess mental health needs of emergency psychiatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

• Facilitate patient transitions to aftercare services

Requirements:
• Valid registration with BCCNM as a Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse
• Minimum of one year in mental health settings
