Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the planning and execution of communications
• Ensure consistent messaging aligns with corporate goals
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of incentive initiatives
• Manage the employee engagement platform and participation
• Host monthly town halls for updates and recognition

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in internal communications or enablement
• Bilingual English/French is advantageous
• Solid interpersonal and writing skills
• Highly organized with project management expertise
• Advanced Excel skills required
