In this role, you will provide essential after-hours coverage for protection services at KGCFS, addressing urgent situations that arise in the community. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle urgent child protection cases after hours
• Facilitate support for at-risk children and families
• Implement effective responses to emergencies
• Collaborate closely with community services
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records
Requirements:
• Indigenous Authorized Worker Training or OACAS Authorization
• Bachelor of Social Work or related diploma
• Two years’ frontline social service experience
• Valid ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s License
• Knowledge of Anishinaabe culture is an asset
