We are currently looking for a hands‑on Print Services Technician to join our Richmond Hill team. This is a dynamic position where you will support both external clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting skills, experience with print support, networking and document solutions, and a solid foundation in a Windows environment.

Sch: Monday‑Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
2–4+ years of hands‑on IT support experience, including Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting in a professional environment
2+ years of Experience supporting print management and document management solutions is highly desirable
2+ years of experience working with Windows Server operating systems, including user administration and system troubleshooting
CompTIA A+ certification (required)
Network+ certification (preferred/asset)
MCSE or other Microsoft certifications (strong asset)
Solid understanding of document management principles and workflow best practices
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and operate effectively with minimal formal training
Key Responsibilities
Participating in After Hours Emergency & Scheduled Support – limited
Deliver technical assistance to clients through phone, email, and remote support tools
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for deployed print, scanning, and content management solutions
Support and maintain customer environments, including: Networked and remote printing solutions, Secure print management platforms (e.g., PaperCut, UniFlow, FollowMe), Cloud‑based fax systems and Document and content management applications
Investigate, reproduce, and resolve technical issues by identifying root causes
Troubleshoot and maintain laser printers, multi‑function devices, copier drivers, and scanning configurations
Provide support for scanning middleware platforms such as Upland AccuRoute and Nuance
Work within Microsoft environments, including Windows 7, Windows 11, and Windows Server
Set up and configure HP laptops, desktops, peripherals, cameras, and other workstation equipment
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy settings, and manage SQL permissions/connectivity
Support and maintain virtualized systems where applicable
Accurately document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to enhance the internal knowledge base
Escalate high‑priority or complex technical issues to the Technical Support Manager as needed
Participate in occasional after‑hours emergency or scheduled support coverage
