Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with placing take-out orders via phone or in person
Enter order details accurately into the Computer system, ensuring order entry precision
Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, promotions, and catering to encourage sales and upselling opportunities
Practice excellent phone etiquette, actively listening to customer needs and answering questions clearly
Process payments securely and efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery to customers




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times

Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service or sales settings is advantageous
Demonstrate order entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively
Familiarity with basic analysis tools or software is a plus but not required
