Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
Conduct data entry to update customer records, order details, and support tickets with precision and attention to detail
Identify prospects for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and identify trends




Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint

Skills
Solid data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly valued
Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide tailored solutions
Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling and cross-selling techniques
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette standards
