Barrie Auto Parts is now hiring Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about the sale of auto parts. This position is suitable for you if you are looking to be a part of a growing business.
Some of the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Answering customer’s phone call and process their orders, using company’s software
Processing customer walk-in orders and returns
Entering stock orders into company’s inventory using company’s software on a daily basis.
Requirement:
Ability to build and maintain recent relationships
Ability to conduct B2B sales
Effective communication and marketing skills
High school diploma.
Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
Must know how to operate a computer.
General knowledge of vehicles is an asset. If you are the right fit, training will be provided.
