We are looking for a hard-working, dependable General Laborer to join our crew and support our ongoing projects across residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities
Support the construction team by performing manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting, digging, loading/unloading, and material handling.
Diligently follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work setting for yourself and your team.
Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to complete tasks efficiently and stay on schedule.
Properly maintain, clean,



and store tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
Assist in daily site setup, cleanup, and organization to promote a tidy, skilled, and hazard-free workspace.

Requirements
Proven experience in construction or relevant hands-on work in the building industry.
Ability to safely and effectively operate heavy machinery and power tools.
High physical stamina and strength to perform physically demanding manual tasks throughout the workday.
Strong attention to safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and site regulations.
Solid ability to work well within a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills, take direction, and adapt to various construction roles as needed.
Must be willing and comfortable traveling long distances and working out-of-town for extended periods depending on project locations.
Adaptable and reliable personal transportation to reach local job sites or designated meeting points.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
