Construction Site Supervisor (On-Site)

Are you an experienced construction skilled who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality work? We're looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule.
Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
Monitor quality control and ensure all work complies with project requirements and applicable regulations.
Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce company safety policies, and maintain a protected job site.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, suppliers, and office staff.
Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project timelines or quality.
Maintain accurate daily site reports, including labour, equipment, materials, and project progress.
Ensure equipment is operated safely and report maintenance or repair requirements.
Train, mentor,



and motivate crew members while promoting a positive team culture.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
