We are seeking a dedicated nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children/youth and a solid background in early childhood education or social work diploma and This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational setting for children, fostering their development.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive and compassionate care to children/youth in a safe environment.
Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
Supervise children's playtime, ensuring safety and encouraging positive interactions.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
Observe and document children's behavior and developmental milestones.
Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a supportive team atmosphere.

Skills
Strong background in early childhood education or related field.




Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting.
Ability to educate children through engaging activities in a classroom workplace.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children of various ages.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
