About 6 Sigma Sim Racing

6 Sigma Sim Racing is a quick-growing e-commerce store specializing in sim racing rigs and gear. As our order volume grows, we're expanding our customer service team — and we're looking for an experienced, well-organized representative who can keep customers happy and orders moving.

About the Role

You'll be the front line for our customers: answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every daily order is fulfilled accurately and on time. This role is a excellent fit for someone who already knows the rhythm of e-commerce customer service and can hit the ground running.

What You'll Do
Fulfill and process daily orders accurately and on schedule
Handle customer questions and answers (Q&A;) using the 6 Sigma database and product information
Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and other channels in a friendly, qualified tone
Track orders, resolve shipping and delivery issues, and follow up until each case is closed
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy




Keep customer records and order notes accurate and well-organized
Flag recurring issues or product questions to the team so we can keep improving

What We're Looking For
3+ years of e-commerce customer service experience — ideally with platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, or similar
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple orders and conversations at once
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning and working within a product database / order management system
Reliable, self-directed, and calm under pressure
A customer-first attitude and genuine problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Familiarity with sim racing, gaming, or PC/hardware products
Experience with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.)
Experience with Shopify order fulfillment specifically

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
