We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to service completion. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge.
Manage service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication with customers.
Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective service delivery.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Qualifications
Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust.
Experience with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
