What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent advantages program with care and professionalism.
Explain benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom.
Ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred
Key Skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
