Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Site Labourers to support daily construction activities on-site in Upper Hammonds Plains. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to HarbourTown’s high standards.

Responsibilities
Perform general labour tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic tool use.
Assist carpenters, tradespeople, and equipment operators as required.
Load, unload, and move construction materials.
Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding or barricades.
Always follow site safety policies and procedures.
Support site supervisors and project managers in maintaining a protected, organized, and productive work environment.

Skills
Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to lift, carry,



and move materials (up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Commitment to following safety protocols.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Arrest) are considered an asset.
Reliable transportation as some sites are not on public transportation routes.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
