What You'll Do
Welcome customers, visitors, and truck drivers.
Answer phones and monitor shared email inboxes.
Coordinate shipments with company and third-party carriers.
Prepare Bills of Lading, packing slips, customs documents, and shipping paperwork.
Verify freight costs and shipping accuracy.
Schedule deliveries and communicate with customers and carriers.
Support order fulfillment and the Customer Service team.
Keep the office, shipping documentation, and logistics activities organized.
