Position Summary
This remote position allows you to work from home while managing construction projects, coordinating schedules, and supporting successful project delivery. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project activities, monitor progress, and help ensure projects are completed according to requirements and timelines.
Responsibilities
Manage construction project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate communication between contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and track milestones.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates.
Review project requirements and support implementation activities.
Maintain project records and project tracking information.
Analyse project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction project management or a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of construction processes, planning, and documentation.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and project priorities.
Solid organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Pay: $105,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
