Duties
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, or reservations, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Promote and upsell relevant products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, striving for swift resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent delivery of outstanding service
Support the onboarding of current customers by explaining policies, procedures, and available options clearly
Experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable
Hotel or hospitality industry background provides valuable insight into guest needs and service excellence
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
Familiarity with basic computer systems or point-of-sale software is a plus
