Job Summary

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Use hand tools and power tools to scrub, polish, and maintain surfaces efficiently and effectively
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and managing custodial supplies
Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with moving furniture and equipment safely when needed
Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered during the shift




Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Requirements
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; strong background in facilities maintenance is a plus
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques for various cleaning tasks
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and address client needs professionally
Ability to manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects safely
Robust attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude towards clients and team collaboration
