We are a growing utility contractor with multiple projects across the Ottawa area and are currently looking for experienced construction labourers to join our team.

This role is best suited for individuals with a solid background in construction (civil, utility, concrete, asphalt, or similar) who are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can contribute to a productive crew.

We offer full-time, competitive wages ($28–$36/hour based on experience), group advantages, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Hand digging and trench preparation
Assisting with installation of underground piping and conduits
Pulling and handling wire and materials
Concrete forming and pouring
Asphalt placement and surface restoration
Placing precast structures
General labour and support to crews on site

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of construction labour experience (civil, utility, concrete, asphalt, etc.)
Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour




Comfortable working long hours in all weather conditions
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Assets:
Experience working around underground utilities
WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications
