We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our energetic team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Prior experience with construction sites or related fields is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within the construction industry.
Duties
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
Support carpentry work such as framing, decking,flooring, drywall installation, and finishing
Willing to clean up after themselves and others to maintain a clean and safe work enviroment.
Help with the demolition and reconstruction of Decks,Fences ,Railings and Pergolas
Looking for someone who lives locally in the Spruce Grove area and has their own vehicle to get to and from local jobsites.
Must have availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Experience with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction.
Knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures.
Ability to follow instructions.
Experience or familiarity with carpentry, caulking, restoration, painting, plumbing, flooring installation is preferred but not required.
Solid physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely.
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning recent skills on-site.
Basic understanding of instructions related to construction projects.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
