Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks that ensure the smooth progress of building and renovation activities. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to the successful completion of projects, from initial groundwork to finishing touches.

Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas for upcoming tasks
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to support carpentry, framing, and other construction activities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements
Support skilled trades by performing tasks such as carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, welding, and restoration work
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace for yourself and team members




Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely progress and quality standards are met

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction environments
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly desirable
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Knowledge of carpentry techniques, restoration processes
Experience with plumbing systems, welding techniques, flooring installation, or tile laying is a plus
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning recent skills
