TurF is a three-in-one bistro, studio + retail store all under the one roof. We bring a considered menu, a conscious sweat and a thoughtful assortment of things we love. We believe in focusing on eating whole foods. In our kitchen good means whole, humane and non processed.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our FOH Prep team in our Kits Location ! Someone who is punctual, hardworking, outgoing, and energetic. With your multitasking abilities and strong eye for detail, you will help us maintain our high standards and exceed our customers expectations.

The Role – Cafe Prep / Juicer

Duties + Responsibilities:

● Ensure all recipes are executed in a timely manner, paying attention to measurements, while also focusing on the highest quality of work and detail.

● Responsible for following standardized recipes, and portioning.

● Ensure respect and care is taken for all ingredients and display proper technique and secure handling.

● Responsible for working in a clean, and organized manner.





● Ensures correct use, storage, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and facilities.

● Responsible for opening & closing duties which include cleaning, organizing, and weekly/monthly maintenance projects.

The Finer Print:

● Has minimum 1+ years of experience in a prep position / similar role.

● Has strong principals in regard to proper kitchen techniques, and an eye for detail.

● Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
