Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
Dispose of waste materials properly in designated bins and arrange for regular trash collection
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all areas
Requirements
Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial settings
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
