Join our agile construction team as a Construction Labourer and become an essential part of transforming visions into reality! As a Construction Labourer, you'll support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times
Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and plumbing support
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
Support carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to project specifications
Conduct restoration work and apply construction painting techniques to meet quality standards
Assist with welding, tile installation, flooring work,



and other specialized trades as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly preferred
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment required for various trades
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, welding, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration techniques is a plus
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning recent skills
Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards at all times
