Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks
Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to perform basic mechanical work
Support the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components during repair processes
Conduct routine inspections and identify mechanical issues using schematic diagrams
Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks safely to move parts or equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
adhering to safety protocols
Learn to interpret technical manuals and schematics to enhance repair accuracy
Experience
Dealership experience or exposure to automotive environments is a plus but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive repair concepts
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during maintenance tasks
Robust interest in automotive systems, schematics, and mechanical assembly
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients
Prior mechanic experience or related technical training is advantageous but not mandatory
