Responsibilities
Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support accurate installation and troubleshooting
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively under supervision
Support the assembly of piping systems, fixtures, and related components following detailed schematics and instructions
Participate in heavy lifting tasks and site cleanup to ensure a safe and effective work environment
Gain exposure to HVAC systems,



carpentry tasks, and basic construction practices relevant to plumbing projects
Follow all safety protocols diligently and report hazards or incidents promptly

Experience
No prior skilled plumbing experience required; however, construction or handyman experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems or carpentry is advantageous
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Robust desire to learn the plumbing trade with a proactive attitude towards skill development
Valid driver’s license for occasional commercial driving responsibilities is beneficial but not required initially
