Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Record detailed logs of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems
Uphold phone etiquette and communication standards at all times.




Contribute to a positive customer experience aligned with company values.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client support roles.
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and qualified communication standards.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
