Elevate your construction coordination skills with the City’s Parks & Recreation team. This permanent, full time position focuses on managing various landscape and building projects. As a Construction Coordinator in the Capital Projects Design & Delivery (CPDD) Branch, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and oversee the scope and scheduling of diverse recreation projects.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring contractor compliance, maintaining procurement tools, and facilitating project delivery on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
Establish project scope, schedule, and coordination requirements
Carry out contract administration and site progress reviews
Initiate field changes for design corrections
Draft tender documents and perform bid analyses
Co-ordinate site and project meetings Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience coordinating capital construction projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
