Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of talent programs across the Firm
• Facilitate recruitment and performance management processes
• Liaise with teams to identify and implement process improvements




• Prepare for meetings and maintain administrative files

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant professional services experience
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field
• Bilingual in French/English is preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
