Lead cutting-edge satellite mission definitions as a CONOPS and Mission Analysis System Engineer with MDA Space. Your expertise will shape operational concepts for advanced satellite initiatives.

In this role, you will develop and document operational concepts for remote sensing and communication satellite missions. Working alongside project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll translate stakeholder requirements into clearly defined mission strategies. Your efforts will directly impact the technical planning and risk management of satellite projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capture functional requirements from mission objectives
• Develop high-level CONOPS documentation and contingency plans
• Create quantitative models for mission analysis




• Maintain bidirectional traceability of project requirements
• Define interfaces among spacecraft, ground segment, and operations

Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in related fields
• Proficient in using Confluence and JIRA
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is beneficial
• Security clearance required for employment
