Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is looking for a Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) to join the Mental Health & Addictions Housing Team. Your expertise will be essential in guiding nursing practices while ensuring respect for client-centered care. You’ll collaborate with multiple skilled teams, enhancing educational practices and achieving optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult and support interdisciplinary teams with clinical expertise
• Help establish policies and support tools for housing services
• Lead practice communities to facilitate effective client care




• Mentor and educate staff on best practices in mental health
• Implement quality improvement initiatives within diverse services

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Three years of relevant nursing experience with teaching
• Deep understanding of mental health and recovery models
• BC Driver’s license may be needed for local travel
• Proven leadership capabilities in clinical education
