We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various Residential, commercial facilities. Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
Maintain sanitation of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
Follow established safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Assist with basic facilities maintenance as needed to support ongoing operations
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic maintenance procedures is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valuable physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Excellent time management skills and reliability in completing assigned duties efficiently
