Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Concrete Labourer to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with concrete-related construction projects, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Duties
Assist in preparing sites by setting up forms, rebar, and other foundational elements for concrete pouring.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to facilitate concrete placement and finishing.
Mix, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision to meet project specifications.
Support masonry, carpentry, and restoration tasks as needed during various phases of construction projects.




Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to transport materials and assist with formwork installation.
Maintain a clean work workplace by properly storing tools and disposing of debris in accordance with safety standards.

Qualifications
Previous construction experience with a focus on concrete work or related trades preferred.
Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project plans accurately.
Robust physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual labor consistently.
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety protocols.
