Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction, carpentry, and concrete finishing, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace. Depending on experience , we are also looking for a team leader/forman, who posseses the abilty to take on small jobs with minimal supervision.

Duties
Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and trowels to achieve smooth, level finishes
Install rebar and perform concrete forming according to schematics and blueprints
Operate heavy equipment such as mixers and screeds safely and effectively
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution
Assist with carpentry tasks related to formwork and structural support
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install materials for concrete projects
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards
Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction sites

Qualifications
Proven experience in concrete finishing, rebar installation, or related construction trades
Mechanical knowledge of concrete equipment and power tools




Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately (Forman)
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and flooring installation processes
Experience with framing and renovation projects is a plus
Robust understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Prior experience in carpentry is desirable , carpenters not required to do concrete finishing if they prefer not to

Attention Framers - Prepping and running strings is in your wheelhouse and is 80% of what we do , majority of our work is residential, we do not do much new construction, mostly replacements

Pay: $24.50-$49.50 per hour

Experience
Concrete finishing and forming: 1 year (preferred)
