Provide security and resident support as a Concierge in Ontario’s vibrant Toronto area. This role involves responding effectively to requests while ensuring safety. FirstService Residential is seeking a Security Concierge who is both detail-oriented and self-motivated. You will serve as a primary contact for residents, assisting with their inquiries and managing security measures.

Your responsibilities will incorporate both customer service and safety enforcement while maintaining organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and address residents’ needs promptly
Patrol the property and ensure emergency protocols are followed
Manage access schedules and vendor communications
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Follow up on daily logs and report entries

Requirements:
Valid Ontario Security License is a must
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Experience or coursework in Business/Hospitality is advantageous
Ability to lift 50 lbs and manage extended periods of sitting or standing
Solid verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
