Transform the back office at G-R3VOLUTION ENTERPRISES as the Finance, Administration, and Business Intelligence Lead. This role demands a strategic thinker with proficiency in AI integration and financial reporting. You will redesign and modernize existing processes while leading a capable bookkeeping team across two operating companies.

Focus on building the infrastructure needed for scalable operations while collaborating closely with the Owner/President and Directors of Operations. The role involves hands-on leadership and participation in operational tasks, ensuring you understand the ground-level impacts of your decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial reporting for BC and Quebec entities
Own FP&A; functions including budgeting and variance analysis




Implement AI tools for back-office efficiency
Develop dashboards and trend analyses for operations
Collaborate in leadership meetings and provide insights Requirements:
CPA designation or equivalent experience
Solid analytical skills in P&L; and financial forecasting
Multi-entity oversight experience in various sectors
Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Excel
