We're on the lookout for energetic and reliable Crew Members to join our team during evenings and late-night shifts. Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and assembly, following established recipes and safety standards.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service and smooth operations.

Experience




Previous food industry or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
Experience using POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms.
Strong basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests.
Ability to work adaptable evening and late-night hours in a lively environment.
