Job ResponsibilitiesFront Counter Duties
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Prepare and serve beverages, ice cream, waffles, and desserts.
Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions.
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.

Kitchen Duties
Prepare waffles, desserts, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
Prepare ingredients and restock supplies as needed.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.




Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
Follow opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
