We are looking for a motivated and organized Appliance Parts Specialist to join our growing service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Look up parts for all major domestic appliances
Handle shipping and receiving of appliance parts
Provide counter parts sales and customer support
Triage and order parts for service calls for our 16 technicians
Manage parts ordering, returns, and inventory control

Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong computer skills are a must
Above-average phone skills required
Experience in the appliance industry is an asset
Ability to work well with others in a quick-paced team environment
