Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class 3 Driver and Labourer to join our diverse sewer and drainage team. This role offers an prospect to operate a variety of trucks, including septic pump trucks, Hydro Excavators/combo trucks, Tandem, Dump trucks , 5 tion dump trucks, and slinger trucksand general labour tasks on various construction projects. As a key team member, you will operate heavy equipment, assist with drainage operations, and support the overall progress of our construction sites.

Duties
Safely operate Class 3 and other trucks
Pump septic tanks, day light under ground utilities, drive and operate safetly dump trucks, drive and operate slinger trucks
Maintain a clean and organized work setting, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Maintain company trucks, including pre, and post trip, daily greasing, minor mechanical repairs
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards




Perform general labour duties including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as neededQualifications
Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or pavers is highly desirable
Operate 18 speed manual transmission
Construction experience, especially in pipe laying, drainage, perimeter drain installation, septic system instalation
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong commitment to safety procedures and teamwork
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
