Serve the community as a Dentist at LAMP Community Health Centre, focusing on access and health equity in oral care. Your expertise will significantly impact those facing barriers to health services. This role entails providing various dental treatments as part of a multidisciplinary team led by the Manager of Dental Health Programs.

You’ll be tasked with not just performing dental care but also supporting outreach and educational initiatives designed to empower clients. Your commitment to culturally secure care is crucial in addressing systemic health disparities. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dental examinations and emergency procedures
Provide comprehensive restorative and surgical dental services
Facilitate community education and oral health promotion




Ensure meticulous record keeping in compliance with regulations
Implement infection control practices in line with RCDSO guidelines Requirements:
DDS degree from an accredited institution, RCDSO member
Three years’ experience in community or public health settings
Familiarity with dental legislation and publicly funded programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
