Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring the productive assembly, packaging, and quality control of products. Production/Packaging staff are responsible for executing high-speed assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished food products while maintaining strict quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Perform high-volume packaging, sealing, and labeling of products
Follow production schedules and work orders accurately
Verify weights, portions, and presentation standards
Apply labels and ensure correct batch/date coding
Maintain clean and organized workstations (GMP compliance)
Identify defects and escalate quality concerns immediately

Skills
Education & Skills
Strong basic math skills (weights, counts, straightforward conversions)

Core Competencies
High attention to detail in repetitive tasks
Ability to maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy
Works well under pressure and tight timelines

Standing for full shift
Repetitive motion
Lifting up to 50 lbs

Ideal Candidate
Experience in food production or warehouse environments
Comfortable in quick-paced, metric-driven production
