Work Arrangement: Hybrid preferred (Canada office); Ability to travel to U.S. for team meetings and events is preferred.
Pay- $45/hr - $52/hr
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
Minimum 2 years of experience using engineering simulation tools or Batter performance.
Hands-on experience with battery simulation software such as GT-SUITE, MATLAB/Simulink, Amesim , or similar tools.
Knowledge of high-voltage battery systems, including:
HV electrical circuits
Busbar design
Battery Disconnect Units (BDU)
Experience interpreting simulation and laboratory test data to validate engineering models.
Knowledge of optimization techniques, including Design of Experiments (DOE), parameter estimation, and control optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
