Become the Country Lead for payroll operations in North America, working hybrid from Ontario. This role will emphasize accurate and compliant payroll delivery across Canada and U.S. As a Country Lead, you will oversee payroll processing from end to end, ensuring accurate handling of compensation changes, perks, and deductions.

Your interaction with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors will be key in driving payroll excellence while handling escalations and inquiries effectively. Your analytical skills will support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll systems. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll operations for Canada and support U.S. payroll
Validate inputs including employee status updates
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Conduct reconciliations, audits, and reporting
Collaborate to drive improvements in payroll processes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area
5 years of progressive payroll experience
Advanced Excel skills required
Robust stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of payroll compliance and taxation Champion payroll effectiveness and compliance across North America from your role in Ontario.
