Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and excellent customer service skills.
Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and food handling protocols.
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and basic math skills; manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area while complying with health regulations and food industry standards.
Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business.
Experience
Proven restaurant or food industry experience with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
Prior bartending experience with knowledge of serving alcohol responsibly and food safety practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering.
Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Experience in supervising or managing team members in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Basic math proficiency for cash handling, making change, and inventory calculations.
Knowledge of food handling regulations and standards to ensure compliance at all times.
