Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or BA/PM in technology product delivery.
Solid experience working directly with business teams rather than IT.
Experience managing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and release management.
Salesforce (SFDC) experience is highly preferred, particularly with Sales Cloud and Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
Exposure to enterprise product delivery in a global organization.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional and offshore teams.
