Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service at the counter
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Prepare simple food items following proper food safety and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including food preparation zones and sanitation stations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction

Requirements




Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Clover POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Experience with food preparation, serving, or kitchen tasks is advantageous
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
